A Fruitful Weekend...
Hi Everyone, wow!!! So fast its another week. Everyone started working on a monday morning. haha. But well, I enjoyed myself during the weekend despite have an aching body. haha.
I should start talking abt last saturday. I woke up in the morning and as usual I went to church at 10 for Evangelism. This time round we did not go out for outreaching as we will be having Praise & Worship rehearsal that afternoon. But we did not waste our time in church doing nothing, instead we discussed and taught those who are new to outreaching the skills and Dos and Donts during Street Evangelism. Well, its was fulfilling, we all learnt something right??? ok, only those who went will agree. haha. We have Sylvia, Qiuling and Karen who are our new partners in outreaching to the lost out there. Its a right decision guys!!! You will not regret!!!
As I joined the team, and as we go out to the streets to meet and to speak to the strangers and trying our very best to share the good news to them, I felt that the harvest is really plentiful, but the workers are really little. I felt helpless cos I am limited, I cant do everything, and I am not able to tell everyone I see abt the good news. And even when we share, sometimes people reject us. Rejecting the gospel??? when they can be saved??? What abt those who dont even have a chance to hear the gospel??? Thats my opinion only. But well, I just pray that people in HLC will rise up to their calling, stop day dreaming, start visualising and start thinking , start praying on how can they contribute their part in the Kingdom of God. I believe we will and we can do it cos we serve an unlimited God and whose Love is unconditional. :)
Next after the session, we have our P & W rehearsal and so on. Then we held a birthday celebration, it was a very simple celebration for Sylvia, but I am very glad that she enjoyed herself and then we shared the good news with Si Jia. We did all we can to deliver the message to her. Though she did not accept Christ, but we will continue to pray for her, cos we love everyone ya. haha. Finally, we proceed to KFC for dinner. After this few months, I finally can blend into their conversation of the peeps. haha. I have grown much ya. haha. Few months ago, I felt I was so out of place. Cos I was their AHCL and we have nothing to talk abt, but now its different. The bonding in Cell Y02 is much stronger, though we are smaller in nos. haha. I enjoyed myself when I am with them. haha. Amazing. ...
On Sunday, I went for movie: Step Up with Regina. It was really inspiring. haha. The main thing is that I had a good chat with Regina, I got to know her better in person then b4. Well, Regina, you are really beautiful, you got to trust us. haha. Serious. And them we proceed to the Airport to send Sylvia off to Indonesia. Got a chance to meet her friends and I saw Naomi and Jevelle. They are fine. haha. Really missed Sylvia, she is like a dear sister to me. Cant wait for her to come back. Not that I want her presents ok, but I want to work with her to win souls. haha. Sylvia....
And Next, I proceed to the last destination for the day, to my Cousin wedding dinner. Haha. I had a good chat with all my cousins, suddenly felt so close to them. We are planning to have a trip to Genting for Christmas. haha. The planner is in process of the upcoming programmes. hah. Well, this year Christmas is gonna be exciting. !!! And So fast its gonna be the end of 2006. Its a year that I fall real badly but also a year that I stand up firmly in the Lord. haha. I enjoyed the process of growing up. haha. Hope you too. :)
